Last updated: 20 October 2026 · Who we are: Arab Talents (formerly Jordan Talents) is operated by 360 Angles for Programming and Business Development LLC ("we"), Amman, Jordan (national establishment no. 200175793). Until the app-store accounts move to the company, the app is published under the developer name shown on the store listing. Contact: hello@arabtalents.net.
Arab Talents connects students and companies with professionals from across the Arab world who volunteer their knowledge. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us, how long we keep it, and how to delete it.
What we collect

Calls are not recorded. Audio and video pass through our call provider only while the call is live.
A support message, with any screenshot you attach, is emailed to our team through Resend; it is not kept in the app's database.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not show ads or use advertising trackers.
- Nothing you share is used to train AI models.
- Volunteers you save stay only on your phone; we don't receive the list.
Features that depend on your country
Some features, such as video calls, may be restricted in countries where the law requires it. To do this we may use your phone's country code and your IP address to tell which country you're in, only to switch off such features. The check uses a database on our own server. Nothing is sent to anyone else, and we don't store your location beyond the session addresses described above; we keep only counts of any blocked calls. IP geolocation by DB-IP (https://db-ip.com).
Phone sign-in with a code is available for phone numbers from Arab League countries; elsewhere, please sign in with email, Apple or Google. To run this we keep a record of each code we try to send (country, result and time, never the phone number) for 90 days.
If you sign in with Apple, we keep Apple's refresh token, sealed, only so that we can revoke your Apple sign-in when you delete your account. It is deleted with your account, and at the latest within 24 hours while our service is running; our backups are deleted within 14 days. We use it for nothing else.
Who can see what
- Volunteers' profiles, and their approved photos and reels, are visible to everyone who uses Arab Talents. Not while the account is suspended by our team: then nobody else sees its profile, photo or reel, and its upcoming calls are cancelled, until the suspension is lifted. A photo or reel waiting for review, or one we rejected, is private: only you and our team can see it, through links that expire. A volunteer's share link (arabtalents.net/t/…) shows anyone their name, title, photo and reel, never their contact details, CV or date of birth. If you switch on "Show my page in search engines" (off by default), search engines such as Google may list your public page (your name, title, photo and reel). If you switch it off, we ask search engines to remove it, but they decide when, and copies they already made may remain for a while.
- Thank-you notes. After a video call they rated 4 stars or more, students aged 18 and older can leave a short thank-you note on the volunteer's profile, visible to signed-in Arab Talents users. It shows as "From a student in {field}" (using the volunteer's field), never the student's name. The volunteer can hide any note, anyone can report one, and the student can delete their own note at any time.
- A volunteer's CV is never public. Only the volunteer and our team can see it, unless the volunteer allows downloads (off by default); then signed-in Arab Talents users can download it in the app. Test accounts we give to app-store reviewers (Apple, Google) can only see our labelled example profiles; they never see real volunteers or their CVs.
- Questions, answers, bookings and ratings are visible only to the people involved and to our team, for moderation.
- The team checks photos and reels. If something needs to change, a message explains what.
- Our moderation team. A small moderation team, given access only on a confirmed email, can see volunteers' profile details, photos, reels, CVs and reports, only to review them. We keep a record of each approval, rejection, suspension or removal (which moderator, what, when, and a short written reason). The record contains no email address, and is kept while we run moderation. Moderation records for photos and reels are kept with an internal reference to the deleted account rather than your name, and are removed or unlinked from the account one year after the account is deleted.
- Likes. If you like a volunteer's reel or profile, we store which account liked which reel or profile. The public sees only the number of likes (from 3 upward), never who liked; a volunteer sees only their own total. A like is removed when it is withdrawn or when either account is deleted.

Volunteers and students can live in different countries: when you ask a question, answer one or join a call, the other people involved see the details described above, wherever they are. Some providers process data outside Jordan, for example in the United States or the EU. Photos and reels are stored with Cloudflare, a US company, in Europe. We use providers that protect data under contract.

Your choices and rights
- See and correct your data in the app (Profile).
- Delete your account in the app (Settings, then Delete account), at arabtalents.net/delete-account, or by writing to hello@arabtalents.net. Deletion is immediate. Your profile and reel disappear from Talents and Home at once. Copies leave our backups within 14 days.
- Ask us anything about your data: hello@arabtalents.net. We reply within 30 days.
Age
Arab Talents is for people 18 and older. Students aged 16 and 17 will be able to join later, with a parent's or legal guardian's consent; we will update this policy before then. Sign-up asks for your date of birth to apply this rule. If you think someone under 18 has signed up, tell us and we will delete the account.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app when the change is important.

تربط Arab Talents الطلاب والشركات بمهنيين من أنحاء العالم العربي يتطوّعون بخبرتهم. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه ولماذا، ومن يساعدنا، وكم نحتفظ به، وكيف يُحذف.

لا نسجّل المكالمات. يمرّ الصوت والصورة عبر مزوّد المكالمات طوال المكالمة فقط.
تُرسَل رسالة الدعم، ومعها أي لقطة شاشة مرفقة، بالبريد إلى فريقنا عبر Resend، ولا تُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات التطبيق.
ما لا نفعله
- لا نبيع بياناتك.
- لا نعرض إعلانات ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية.
- لا يُستخدم أي شيء يُشارَك لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- يبقى المتطوعون المحفوظون على هاتفك فقط، ولا تصلنا القائمة.
ميزات تعتمد على بلدك
قد تُقيَّد بعض الميزات، مثل مكالمات الفيديو، في الدول التي يفرض قانونها ذلك. ولهذا قد نستخدم رمز الدولة في رقم هاتفك وعنوان IP لمعرفة الدولة التي أنت فيها فقط لإيقاف تلك الميزات. يتمّ ذلك بقاعدة بيانات على خادمنا دون إرسال أي شيء لطرف آخر، ولا نحفظ موقعك بما يتجاوز عناوين الجلسات المذكورة أعلاه؛ نحتفظ فقط بأعداد أي مكالمات أُوقفت. تحديد الموقع عبر IP من DB-IP (https://db-ip.com).
الدخول برقم الهاتف برمز متاح لأرقام دول جامعة الدول العربية، أما في غيرها فيمكن الدخول بالبريد الإلكتروني أو Apple أو Google. ولتشغيل ذلك نحتفظ بسجلّ لكل رمز نحاول إرساله (الدولة والنتيجة والوقت، دون رقم الهاتف أبدًا) لمدة 90 يومًا.
عند تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple، نحتفظ برمز التجديد من Apple مشفّرًا، ولغرض واحد فقط: إلغاء دخولك بـ Apple عند حذف حسابك. يُحذف مع حسابك، وفي أقصى حال خلال 24 ساعة ما دامت خدمتنا تعمل، وتُحذف النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 14 يومًا. ولا نستخدمه لأي غرض آخر.
من يرى ماذا
- ملفات المتطوعين وصورهم وفيديوهاتهم التي تمت الموافقة عليها ظاهرة لكل مستخدمي Arab Talents. ليس أثناء إيقاف الحساب من فريقنا: عندها لا يرى أحدٌ غيرك ملفه وصورته وفيديوه التعريفي، وتُلغى مكالماته القادمة، حتى يُرفع الإيقاف. أما الصورة أو الفيديو قيد المراجعة، أو الذي رفضناه، فخاصّ لا يراه إلا أنت وفريقنا، عبر روابط تنتهي صلاحيتها. ورابط مشاركة المتطوع (arabtalents.net/t/…) يُظهر لأي شخص اسمه ومسمّاه وصورته وفيديوه، ولا يُظهر أبدًا بيانات التواصل أو السيرة الذاتية أو تاريخ الميلاد. وعند تفعيل خيار «إظهار صفحتي في محركات البحث» (متوقف افتراضيًا)، قد تُظهر محركات البحث مثل Google الصفحة العلنية (الاسم واللقب والصورة والفيديو التعريفي). وعند إيقافه نطلب من محركات البحث إزالتها، لكن توقيت ذلك بيدها، وقد تبقى نسخ سابقة لديها لفترة.
- رسائل الشكر. بعد مكالمة فيديو قيّمها الطالب بـ4 نجوم أو أكثر، يمكن للطلاب من عمر 18 سنة فأكثر ترك رسالة شكر قصيرة في ملف المتطوع، يراها مستخدمو Arab Talents المسجّلون. تظهر بعبارة «من طلاب {المجال}» (بمجال المتطوع) دون اسم الطالب أبدًا. ويمكن للمتطوع إخفاء أي رسالة، ولأي شخص الإبلاغ عنها، وللطالب حذف رسالته في أي وقت.
- السيرة الذاتية للمتطوع ليست علنية أبدًا، ولا يراها إلا المتطوع وفريقنا، إلا إذا سمح المتطوع بتنزيلها (مغلق افتراضيًا)، فيمكن عندها لمستخدمي Arab Talents المسجّلين تنزيلها من التطبيق. ولا ترى حسابات الاختبار التي نعطيها لمراجعي متاجر التطبيقات (Apple وGoogle) إلا ملفات الأمثلة المعلَّمة، ولا ترى أبدًا المتطوعين الحقيقيين أو سيرهم الذاتية.
- الأسئلة والإجابات والحجوزات والتقييمات لا يراها إلا أطرافها وفريقنا لأغراض المراجعة.
- يراجع الفريق الصور والفيديوهات التعريفية، وإذا لزم تغيير شيء تصل رسالة توضّح المطلوب.
- فريق الإشراف لدينا. يستطيع فريق إشراف صغير، لا يُمنح الصلاحية إلا ببريد إلكتروني مؤكَّد، الاطلاع على بيانات ملفات المتطوعين وصورهم وفيديوهاتهم وسيرهم الذاتية والبلاغات، لغرض المراجعة فقط. ونحتفظ بسجلّ لكل موافقة أو رفض أو إيقاف أو إزالة (أي مشرف، وماذا، ومتى، وسبب مكتوب مختصر). لا يتضمن السجلّ أي بريد إلكتروني، ويُحفظ ما دمنا نُدير الإشراف. تُحفظ سجلات مراجعة الصور والفيديوهات مع مرجع داخلي للحساب المحذوف لا باسمك، وتُزال أو تُفصل عن الحساب بعد سنة من حذف الحساب.
- الإعجاب. عند الإعجاب بفيديو متطوع أو بملفه، نحفظ أي حساب أعجب بأي فيديو أو ملف. يرى الجمهور عدد الإعجابات فقط (من 3 فما فوق) ولا يرى من أعجب أبدًا، ويرى المتطوع مجموعه وحده. ويُزال الإعجاب عند سحبه أو عند حذف أي من الحسابين.

قد يقيم المتطوعون والطلاب في دول مختلفة: عند طرح سؤال أو الإجابة عنه أو الانضمام إلى مكالمة، يرى الأشخاص المعنيون البيانات الموضّحة أعلاه أينما كانوا. يعالج بعض المزوّدين البيانات خارج الأردن، مثل الولايات المتحدة أو الاتحاد الأوروبي، وتُخزَّن الصور والفيديوهات التعريفية لدى Cloudflare، وهي شركة أمريكية، في أوروبا. ونختار مزوّدين يلتزمون تعاقديًا بحماية البيانات.

خياراتك وحقوقك
- الاطّلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها من التطبيق (الملف الشخصي).
- حذف حسابك من التطبيق (الإعدادات ثم حذف الحساب)، أو عبر arabtalents.net/delete-account، أو بمراسلتنا على hello@arabtalents.net. الحذف فوري، ويختفي ملفك وفيديوك من «المواهب» و«الرئيسية» مباشرة، وتخرج النسخ من نسخنا الاحتياطية خلال 14 يومًا.
- اسألنا عن بياناتك: hello@arabtalents.net، ونردّ خلال 30 يومًا.
العمر
Arab Talents لمن بلغ 18 سنة فأكثر. وسيتمكن الطلاب بين 16 و17 سنة من الانضمام لاحقًا بموافقة أحد الوالدين أو وليّ الأمر القانوني، وسنحدّث هذه السياسة قبل ذلك. يطلب التسجيل تاريخ الميلاد لتطبيق هذه القاعدة. وعند العلم بتسجيل من هو دون 18 سنة، يُرجى إخبارنا لنحذف الحساب.
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، ونخبرك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير مهمًّا.
